Welcome to LevelUp: Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, where we strive to empower individuals to reach their full leadership potential. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between LevelUp and our individual clients ("Clients").
By engaging our services, Clients agree to abide by these Terms.
Our program is dedicated to supporting individuals and teams in enhancing their leadership skills and achieving their professional goals.
Recognising the uniqueness of each individual, our services are personalised to meet the specific needs and aspirations of each Client.
Following an initial consultation, we will collaboratively develop a customised coaching and mentoring program tailored to the Client's objectives and growth trajectory.
Our services are primarily delivered via video conferencing to provide convenient and accessible support for our Clients.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment for video conferencing, including an internet-enabled device with a screen, a camera, and a microphone, as well as internet access.
As part of our service offerings, we utilise a range of bespoke tools and worksheets designed to facilitate learning and growth. It's important to note that LevelUp retains the intellectual property rights for all these resources.
Transparency and collaboration guide our approach to pricing and billing. While indicative pricing may be available on our marketing, the actual cost of services will be discussed and agreed upon with each Client beforehand.
Payment for services is typically required in advance to secure the Client's coaching and mentoring sessions.
Flexible payment options are available to accommodate varying financial circumstances, and we are open to discussing alternative arrangements with our Clients.
At LevelUp, we prioritise the confidentiality and privacy of our Clients. Any information shared during coaching and mentoring sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Our commitment to collaboration ensures that any concerns regarding confidentiality are addressed in a respectful and supportive manner, fostering a safe and trusting environment for our Clients.
We understand that circumstances may change, and Clients may need to terminate or reschedule sessions.
Clients who wish to cancel their agreement within 14 days of payment and before the program has commenced are entitled to a full refund.
Once the program has commenced, Clients may withdraw from the program, but refunds will be determined based on the number of sessions completed and any incurred costs. Any additional services which have not yet been provided may be cancelled with 28 days notice, for a full refund.
If LevelUp needs to cancel this agreement through no fault of the Client, a refund will be offered. If the programme has not commenced and no costs have been incurred by the consultant, this will be a full refund. If the program has commenced or any costs have been incurred, a partial refund will be offered based on the number of sessions already completed and the costs already incurred.
To ensure efficiency and fairness for all Clients, we have established a policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments, including fees for repeated rescheduling and cancellations with less than one week's notice.
Cancellations made after the specified deadlines incur a 50% reduction of the refund, any costs incurred by LevelUp will also be deducted. Late requests to reschedule (defined as less than one week's notice), or repeated requests to reschedule (defined as two or more consecutive appointments, or more than three appointments in one 12 month period) will incur a 25% administration fee.
While LevelUp strives to provide high-quality coaching and mentoring services, Clients are expected to exercise good judgement in applying the learning acquired through our program.
LevelUp and any consultant involved in designing and delivering the program do not accept liability for any actions or decisions taken by a Client who has accessed our services.
Clients acknowledge that their participation in the coaching and mentoring program is voluntary, andÂ
they assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from their actions or decisions.
This exemption of liability applies to all aspects of the program, including but not limited to coaching sessions, mentoring advice, and the use of any tools or resources provided by LevelUp.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England, promoting mutual understanding and collaboration between LevelUp and our Clients.
By engaging our services, Clients acknowledge their commitment to personal and professional growth, as well as their acceptance of these Terms. - We retain details of services clients have paid for, but we do not retain any payment details.

- We utilise Google Gemini AI to enhance the content and services we deliver. In some instances, this may involve processing personal information provided by our clients to improve the relevance, quality, and personalization of our offerings. Google Gemini AI is built with enterprise-grade security and privacy protections. For more detailed information on how Google handles data within its AI services, you can refer to the Google Gemini Apps Privacy Hub and the broader Google Privacy Policy.
We store data in Google Drive cloud-based storage, which provides secure and encrypted storage solutions to safeguard your information.
We retain your Personal Data for as long as we continue to provide the Services to you, or for a period in which we reasonably foresee continuing to provide the Services.
Even after we stop providing Services directly to you, we may continue to retain your Personal Data to:
Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;
Enable fraud monitoring, detection, and prevention activities; and
Comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations.
In cases where we keep your Personal Data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and record retention obligations imposed by applicable UK law.
Access to your information is restricted to authorised personnel only, and we regularly review our security protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
