I am thrilled to share some exciting news with this community: the Level Up Leadership Podcast has been awarded Gold in the Leadership Coaching category at the 2026 AVA Digital Awards.
The AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognises excellence in digital communication. To see our show - which started as a way to have honest, grounded conversations about the realities of leading through change - recognised on this stage is a significant milestone.
Why this matters
When I launched this podcast, I wanted to move away from abstract leadership theories and focus on the practical, human-centred tools that managers and executives actually need. We’ve tackled everything from leading through disruption to building resilient teams, and this award feels like a wonderful validation of that mission.
It is a reminder that there is a real appetite for leadership advice that is practical, empathetic, and - most importantly - useful in the day-to-day.
